5:00 pm Update: A BIG THANK YOU to all those that purchased pre-sale tickets. The tickets are now available only for purchase the day of the Festival (tomorrow) and will still be $5.00 until 7:00 pm and then increase to $10.00 after 7:00 pm.
A quick reminder to all Festival attendees - We are not a Cash-Only festival - we will be accepting cash, debit & credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!
Pre-Sale Ticket Update:
The pre-sale will end for all tickets and kid's activity bracelet's at 5:00 pm today. Any tickets purchased will be available for pick up the day of the Festival at the Will-Call Booth, part of the main ticket booth located at FM 517 & Hwy 3.

Parking Lot Update:
First Baptist Church has decided not to charge for parking and will once again be one of the free lots available to park for this year's Festival. We have updated the 2013 Parking Map to reflect this change.

Quick Parking Lot Update:
We have just learned that First Baptist Church in Dickinson is going to be charging for parking in their parking lot this year, so it will not be one of the free suraface parking locations for this year's Festival. The updated parking map can be found under the Event tab - Directions link or by clicking here. There are plenty of other parking lots close to the Festival site that are free: Holy Trinity Episcopal Chruch, the Dickinson ISD Education Support Center, and Amegy Bank. Handicap parking will be located at Queen of Angels Catholic Church. The free shuttles are also available at Dickinson Plaza Shopping Center (northeast corner of I-45 and FM 517) and at Dickinson High School at Baker and FM 517.

CITY OF DICKINSON PRESENTS FOURTH ANNUAL RED, WHITE & BAYOU CRAWFISH AND TEXAS MUSIC FESTIVAL
DICKINSON - The City of Dickinson is gearing up for the 4th Annual Red, White & Bayou Crawfish and Texas Music Festival. The event will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 11:00 am until 11:00 pm at the intersection of FM 517 and Highway 3 in Dickinson. The hugely popular Josh Abbot Band will headline this year's Festival, with four additional Texas Bands taking the stage throughout the day: Rosehill, Heather Roberts Band, Level One Band, and Curtis Poullard and The Creole Zydeco Band. In addition to the outstanding musical entertainment, there will be plenty food choices for festival goers. This year's Festival features succulent, seasoned crawfish and an outstanding variety of fun and delicious carnival fare, including the crowd-favorite, funnel cakes. And don't forget, not only will you be able to eat the little Cajun mudbugs, you'll be able to choose your personal favorite to compete in the rousing Crawfish Races. For visitors looking for that special gift, a leisurely stroll down Vendor Row offers shoppers a venue of exclusive products perfect for any occasion. Kids! There will be no better time spent than at Red, White & Bayou. Fun and excitement awaits youngsters on the Rock Climbing Wall, the Inflatable Obstacle Course, the thrilling Mechanical Bull and, new this year, a 70 foot Zip Line.
"In 2012, approximately 4,000 people came out to Red, White & Bayou to eat over 3,000 pounds of crawfish, jam to our great entertainers, play in the Kid Zone, and shop the more than 50 merchants on Vendor Row" says Event Chair, Julie Johnston. "Not only did everyone have a great time, the 2012 Festival resulted in approximately $18,000 in net proceeds thus allowing us to award $8,000 in grants to local nonprofits. Additionally, the Festival created an economic impact of approximately $196,455 for the area which was a 27% increase over the 2011 Festival. And we can't wait for everyone to experience this year's Red, White & Bayou. Josh Abbott Band is going to bring down the house!" The City of Dickinson is grateful to this year's sponsors including, but not limited to, Dickinson Management District No. 1, Del Papa Distributing Co., Dickinson Economic Development Corporation, Regions Bank, 100.3 The Bull, Waste Management, and Dickinson Festival of Lights.
While you're having a great time, you will also be helping to raise funds to benefit local nonprofits. After the Festival, proceeds will be used to provide grants to local nonprofit agencies and organizations for projects and programs that help the Dickinson community. The beneficiaries of the 2012 Festival are: Dickinson ISD Education Foundation, M. I. Lewis Social Service Center, Keep Dickinson Beautiful, and Texas Equusearch.

JOSH ABBOTT BAND TO HEADLINE FOURTH ANNUAL
RED, WHITE & BAYOU CRAWFISH AND TEXAS MUSIC FESTIVAL
DICKINSON - The City of Dickinson is excited to announce that the Josh Abbott Band will headline its Fourth Annual Red, White & Bayou Crawfish and Texas Music Festival scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2013, from 11:00 am until 11:00 pm at the intersection of FM 517 and Highway 3 in Dickinson. "We are thrilled to have Josh Abbott Band this year and look forward to everyone coming out to see them," says Julie Johnston, City Administrator.
Josh Abbott Band is hugely popular in the State of Texas and has grown to be recognized beyond the Lone Star State with country hits like "Oh Tonight", which has reached within the top 50 country music songs on the Billboard country charts and "She's like Texas", which has created a stir that has reached music executives in Nashville. This has propelled Josh Abbott Band into the forefront of the Texas music scene in record time.
In addition to the hugely popular Josh Abbott Band, festival-goers will be able to enjoy five additional Texas bands taking the stage throughout the day that will include the dynamic sounds of Zydeco. A full line up of Festival entertainment will be available on www.redwhiteandbayou.com in the coming weeks. The Festival will also feature some of the Dickinson area's finest vendors offering product sales, and some of the best crawfish on the Gulf Coast will be available for purchase.
Tickets to the event are only $5.00 and are currently available for purchase online at www.redwhiteandbayou.com until May 17th at 5:00 pm, or you can purchase tickets on the day of the Festival at the gate. No outside food and beverage will be allowed. The Festival gates will be open from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
